With over 9 years of experience building web applications, Daan has contributed to a wide range of teams. From early-stage startups launching their first MVP to established companies maintaining long-term systems. He's worked across continents and time zones, adapting to diverse cultures and remote collaboration.

Now transitioning to a cybersecurity career Daan is able to apply all the knowledge and practical skills gained during his time as a engineer to cybersecurity. Whether it is analyzing .pcap files, setting up SIEM agents, participating in a penetration test or incident response. Passionate about continuous learning he has earned his CompTIA Security+ and Google Cybersecurity certificates and has started participating in CTFs.
